X-PERT Health

X-PERT is a group course delivered in 2 ½ hour sessions lasting for 6 weeks, the use of visual aids and discovery learning help promote diabetes self-management which follow NICE guidelines.

X-PERT Diabetes Digital platform includes all six sessions from the award-winning X-PERT Health structured group education. Content is delivered through animated videos, quizzes, games and interactive goal setting with in-built tracking devices and user forum.
